After several decades of training individuals, teams, leaders in our communications and management consulting firms, I'm providing a unique service that supports my clients in conducting powerful, effective meetings, communications, and negotiations. I call it Rebel Holiday's Face-to-Face. (Yes, Rebel Holiday is the name on my birth certificate.)
How this approach developed: My research and consulting practice from 1982-1996 led me to discover unidentified patterns in the faces of all people. Next, strong correlations emerged between face patterns, behavioral traits, and communication patterns. After testing more than 6,000 clients of all ethnic and social backgrounds - we determined that each person's unique visual pattern strongly and predictably influences their natural ways of thinking, processing information, and responding to others.
This is powerful in any "face-to-face" situation that improves with better understanding of another, such as presenting, selling, negotiating -- or simply communicating. You can imagine the advantage, the edge it gives you when you know in advance how to most effectively communicate with a specific person.
During the next phase of my career (1997-2012) working with business leaders, venture capitalists, consultants, and entrepreneurs, I used it when presenting as well as in negotiations and found out how reliable this approach truly is.
The proprietary process involves an initial analysis of a photograph of the person being analyzed, followed by an in-depth briefing with the person (or team) presenting or negotiating. It's particularly valuable in a negotiation or presentation when there's a lot at stake...like venture capital, mergers, acquisitions, real estate, etc.
Even an important hiring decision has such long term impact, it makes sense to know everything you can about the candidate. While it provides you with a strong benefits, it is discreet, private, even respectful of the other person.
